We are looking for an innovative, self-starter who can hit the ground running and make a big impact in our small team. You will have experience of managing digital library assets and be familiar with platforms such as CollectionsIndex+ and Azure or their equivalents.
You will be able to understand the needs of those using the library, primarily members but also staff, and think strategically about how the system could be improved to increase effectiveness and efficiency. You will need to be able to work with colleagues, volunteers and trustees, taking on board their thoughts and working with them on implementing solutions.
